 Welcome to Newfall, New York. A quiet little town where everyone knows everyone somehow, and when you go to the bank someone recognizes you as "so and so's kid". Yeah. That kind of town. Normally things are pretty slow around Newfall but something BIG has happened in this small town. Someone has won the lottery. You would expect something this big to whip through the town like the road runner, but somehow, this time, it is not the case. Whomever won is keeping very quiet. Why?
