Jenny Shepard And you look inside the eyes. And you catch him here and there. But he's never really there. So you want him even more. A barely audible moan left her lips when he moved his attentions to her sensitive neck and her eyes continued to flutter open and close. Almost by second nature, her leg wrapped protective around his waist, her skirt hiking up to mid thigh and her fingers threading through his fluffy grey hair as their kisses became more and more intense. A tingle shot through her body as his hands supported her in leading them to an actual corner of the room, a smirk now present on her features. Jen didn't register his admittance of one of his faults and not the most important fault of all: adultery. She looked at him in a way that dismissed his words and gasped a bit too loudly when his hands found their way below the waist band of her skirt. But she could have cared a helluva lot less if anyone heard them. The guards knew better and could be paid off if need be and Gibb's secretary would stay silent. She knew no one would get in past the monkey suits and felt way too good to stop now. Why is he more able of used to pacing himself better than her? Unlike his breathing, Jenny's was quite rapid and uneven, these feelings not being felt for a long time. Her job as Secretary of the Navy limited not only her personal time, but practically eliminated her sex life, those damn FBI Agents tailing her everywhere. No one wanted to date the Sec Nav it was disappointing. She shook her head only slightly as she came back to that particular moment in time, an involuntary shutter emitting when his fingers rested on her blouse buttons. Jen looked at him, eyes hazy and mouth parted, waiting in bated breath for his next move. Anything he'd do would please her, anything he'd ask she would do. Nothing could stop her now; not even the start of a nuclear war. A vein in her head throbbed for only a moment as her hands jerked from his neck and hastily started unbuttoning her blouse, a few buttons popping off of the fabric and falling on the floor. Half way done, Jen stopped and looked expectantly at the man she loved.

L. Jethro Gibbs Oh baby give me one more chance to show you that I love you Won't you please let me Back in your heart Oh darlin' I was blind to let you go
He finished unbuttoning her blouse.
...Fades to Black...
He was reminded so much of Paris as he continued to embrace her. He looked deep into her eyes, there was till passion there, it wasn't one of those things he was just taking advantage of the situation did as he had in Paris. He felt his conscious overpowering him though, he pulled away but then shook it off his hand running down her neck. I was wrong, I made a big mistake and it wasn't us" he stated thinking about well the adultery that was amongst them.
He bit his lip as he held her hand his fingers rubbing over hand softly. He knew they had work to do, he pulled away a moment but only to get dressed in case someone walked in. He looked over to her as he jumped around in his slacks to pull them up. He looked like a monkey jumping, quite a sight for anyone watching, which at this point was just Jen.
He managed a smile in her direction it was one of those smiles that meant he wasn't about to just walk away at all anytime soon. He heard the goons raising their voice to tony outside the door and he rolled his eyes. "Leave it to DiNozzo to screw things up." he mentioned rolling his eyes, but he came over beside her once more then pulled her close. "I am in love with you" he stated almost reassuringly. He couldn't help but smile. He felt better getting all the tension out too.

Jenny Shepard And you look inside the eyes. And you catch him here and there. But he's never really there. So you want him even more. Jen focused on calming and evening out her breathing if only to speak in response to her lover. She smiled contently, a sigh leaving her when his hand roamed down her still hot neck. Her eyebrows furrowed momentarily, her fingers reaching up after his to feel a dreaded bump there. She sighed. A hickey....oh well. Just Jethro claiming his territory, but she would still have to wear blouses that buttoned all the way to the top. She stared back into his eyes searching them for the answers she sought when she heard him voice his thoughts. "Jethro..." she cooed softly, hand reaching up to brush back his bangs and then rest on his cheeks. Jen fought for the right words to say, torn between right and wrong due to their situation. It was wrong of them to see each other, much less do what they just did, but it felt so damn right to be with him. Shannon was a nice, respectable, and kind woman, and Jen didn't want to put the woman through the heartache of losing her husband. Jen was able to kiss his cheek softly before he took off to changing back into his clothing. She giggled lightly, watching the man act like a primate and stood up to search for her own clothes. Jen nodded her head in response to Tony waiting outside and scanned the room carefully. She smiled at the kiss and embrace while her green eyes widened at the confession he had just made. She stared at him for a while, unbelieving that he had just suggested that he might be considering leaving his wife for her: the other woman.... His shirt caught her eye and she moved to pick it up, oblivious to her nakedness and walked back over to him. "Don't go jumping to any conclusions, Jethro. We still have a crazy case to solve and get out of the way," she said, hoping she didn't sound like she was pushing him away or ignoring him. To help, she wrapped her arms around his waist and placed a few kisses on his bare chest, thinking about what would happen next with the two adults.

He wrapped her up in his arms almost as soon as she snuggled into him. Her words didn't put him off any. "We do have this case to solve, but that doesn't change my feelings for you" he stated as he took his shirt from her slipping it over his head. He handed her the rest of her clothes. "I have to let DiNozzo in before he breaks down my door. Go get changed and then you can jump down his throat" he stated with a smirk.
He watched a moment so that Tony didn't come walking in on Jen, then padded over to the door, cracking it slightly open. "JENNIFER!!!! Get the FBI outta my building. If you want protection detail, NCIS has agents. Let him in, or I let your director know you aren't doing your job properly." He hated the FBI almost as much as he did the CIA. He didn't even wait for Tony to come in he grabbed him and dragged him into the office. "You better start talking" he growled.

Jenny Shepard And you look inside the eyes. And you catch him here and there. But he's never really there. So you want him even more. "Mmm..." she mumbled at being wrapped up in his warm and loving embrace. She nodded her head in agreement and started to pull her clothes back on. She grinned slightly at the mention of DiNosy Pants and moved to a chair at one side of the room and sat down to pull her skirt and then her heels back on. Why'd she have to wear a skirt today or all days? Some nice slacks would be a lot more comfortable after their sexual encounter, but she couldn't complain one bit. Jen flinched slightly when Gibbs yelled at her, even though the woman was barely five feet from the Director and rolled her eyes at his words. She stood up and walked in his direction, a hand on her hip. "Trust me, if I could I'd rather have your agents, and if possible no security what-so-friggin'-ever," she said angrily, actually glad to have her emotions riled back up, if only to cover up their previous revealing positions from Tony. Excluding the stress and feeling a lot better, Jen was back to being pissed off about the entire case. 'Doing their job improperly?' she thought, confused for only a moment. Jen shook her head and leaned against the table used for conferences in the office and crossed her arms under her breasts. One of her legs bended to rest the tip of her shoe on the other side of her foot, very relaxed. "Hello, DiNozzo," Jen said, voice seemingly made of steel and eyes shooting daggers into the Team Leader's.

Tony had spent most of his time waiting with a giant smirk on his face. It was awfully quiet in here for them to be having a "conversation". The FBI guys must of thought the agent was a bit crazy, to be standing there smirking in his own little world. Tony had a one-track mind so even if they weren't... getting frisky... he'd probablyt have summised that scenario by himself anyway.
Suddenly voices were raised between the two in the office. Covering up tracks... nice move! He laughed to himself. He knew this would be Gibss' doing but he hoped it wasn't for his benefit, like he hadn't used that move before in college! The door flew open and Tony felt himself being dragged into the office by his boss. Hey Boss! His cheerful voice ringing out, trying to mask his suspicions. He heard Jenny from the far corner of the room. Secnav.... He wasn't gonna call her Maam because he knew she hated that, back when they did that case together, the one that was unfortunately linked to the current one.
Just came back from the Hospital from interviewing the.. victim... He couldn't bring himself to speak her name. She says she was rowing with her boyfriend over... paternity of Addy and he became aggressive, stabbing her. She then shot him because she claims he tried to kill her. He looked towards Jenny as he spoke, sensing she wasn't exactly happy about the situation - well neither was he! Have you heard from Ducky about the autopsy? Any chance he can tell which attack happened first? He was ready for Jenny's backlash about the case, though he wasn't looking forward to it!

L. Jethro Gibbs An angel's smile is what you sell You promise me heaven then put me through hell Chains of love got a hold on me When passion's a prison you can't break free
Gibbs handed Jennifer the finished autopsy report as he decided to spoke. "He did finish his autopsy report if your nice Miss Secretary will let you have it when she is finished" he smirked "Maybe" he added smugly. He stepped over behind his desk. He was more or less just standing in on this one, this was between him and Jen.
He got a few papers and handed them to Jen. "Everything on the case is in these files. I am going to get some coffee" he said planning on bringing her some back to. He smirked to Tony. "This is between you two. You better work it out" he stated to the Team Leader. He knew that at the moment he didn't belong on this conversation. The man had enough sense to know when he wasn't needed. He might be shar p and persistent but he was no fool.

Jenny Shepard You, you will be mean. No, I won't! And I, I--I'll drink all the time. Jen observed Tony closely, wondering what his take on the case was at the moment, curious to know how he felt about what was going on. She kept her mouth shut momentarily, allowing the information to sink in and dissect. She looked at Jethro when he handed her the papers, a vein in her forehead popping only slightly. Sighing the woman followed the director back to his desk and grabbed his glasses, perching them carefully on her nose and scanning the autopsy report. "Hmm?" she looked up at Jethro with wide eyes, because of her enthrallment in the report. Jen looked down at his hands and grabbed the rest of the papers out of his hand. 'Mhm...coffee would be friggin' brilliant right now...' she thought, intent on not concentrating on her heavy eye lids, thanks to hers and Gibbs' encounter. Caffeine would wake her up right away. Jen finally finished reading the papers and placed them on Gibbs desk, not willing to walk the distance to give them to DiNozzo. She wasn't going to expend the energy to assist him when things were so cruddy presently. Jen took off Gibbs' glasses and placed them back on the desk, crossing her arms afterword and making sure her lover exited the room before talking. She tried to formulate her thoughts before exploding with anger at the Field Agent. She sighed and spoke, "You ever think you might be in the confusion for paternity of the child downstairs?" The Sec Nav decided to keep it simple, clear, precise and one question at a time for now. She looked at him expectantly, forcing herself to be patient.

Anthony DiNozzo So Kiss Me Goodbye. Honey, Im Gonna Make It Out Alive. So Kiss Me Goodbye. I Can See The Venom In Your Eyes. Goodbye. Snakes On A Plane - Cobra Starship. Tony smirked at Gibbs as he left the Team Leader and the SecNav alone to "work things out". He knew something was going on, though he wasn't entirely sure. He just didn't know how right he was. He watched as Jenny read over the reports, making herself at home in Gibbs' chair with his glasses perched on her nose - just like he did. He kept his smirk but directed it towards her. It soon changed back to his gormless look as she spoke in that tone. She always used that sweet innocent tone with him. Innocent like a Rottweiler covered in blood! There was a hint of vemon in her words, he knew she wouldn't have been happy with the situation. Jeanne said of the possibility of it being mine, yes. She's almost certain. She never said the argument was over me though. Just something about Addy. She wouldn't have been talking about me back then. She hates me remember? You made sure of that... His sarcastic tone filled with its own venom but a one not so dangerous. She asked him to get close "by any means neccesary" and thats what he did. Now she was facing the consciquence and he hoped she was liking it.

Jenny Shepard You, you will be mean. No, I won't! And I, I--I'll drink all the time. Jenny's eye started twitching the moment DiNozzo had started talking; she did not appreciate the tone in which he addressed her, not the words he spoke. They may be on a first name basis, but today was not the day to rile the hard-core woman up, despite her expenditure of stress. That was over and done with, for the moment, so the woman concentrated her thoughts and feelings on her anger and Tony. "It is neither my fault nor my problem that you allowed yourself to fall in love with that woman, let your guard down, and possibly lend a hand, or rather your dick, to the creation of that child!" Her chest heaved only slightly, for lack of air from her statements and the brunt of her rage coming to the surface. She glared daggers at him, contemplating her next words and wondering how he would respond. "There is such thing as protection, Tony," Jenny said icily, only vaguely processing that her and Jethro would be in a helluva lot more trouble than they are now if she found out she was pregnant. Of course, Jen would not be one to complain, considering the fact she had just confided in her lover that she was concerned about getting old. Which she never elaborated on and added that she was childless when she truly wanted a child. Shannon would probably die from the implications and everything else that may or may not occur. Everyone in NCIS and a few friends in the FBI would have heart palpitations, and Jethro may be against the idea because of his previous child's current status. Of course, chances of that occurring were unfortunately slim to none at the present time. Jen watched DiNozzo, making sure her face stayed a blank, perhaps anger void, showing none of the conflicting and pain-staking ideas circling her mind at the moment. She was damn jealous of Jeanne and her daughter, but vowed to never mention it to anyone, especially Tony, and probably never to Gibbs.

Tony kept his usual smirk on his face as he spoke. Her words amused him so much. Does "By Any Means Neccesary" mean anything to you? Oh and some things just CAN'T be helped, can it Jenny? Infact, this could be ALL your fault. You wanted me to get close to her so I did. I did as my Director asked of me and now you're complaining! He laughed when she spoke of his dick. Im a guy, if you hadn't noticed? We tend to do that when we're "forced" to!
He laughed again when she mentioned protection. You were young... once. You're telling me you never slipped up? Besides... it feels much better... He smirked. He was messing with her now. he was finding the whole argument hilarious how she wouldn't take responsability for him falling in love with Jeanne. He hadn't intended to fall in love with her but things happened. Things he hadn't meant to but they did. That was history now wasn't it? Oh but don't worry... it's not gonna happen again is it? Because she won't even look at me... He went quiet. Maybe it WAS his fault but he wouldn't admit that. Now he was in a huge mess with no paddle.

Jenny Shepard In the name of love, One night in the name of love. You crazy fool, I won't give into you. Her eye twitching and her mouth attempting to hold back a scream, Jenny closed her eyes and rubbed at her temple, forcing herself to calm down. She needed to put her anger in check and think rationally about the situation and string her words carefully together with clarity. If only Gibbs were here to keep her in check and hold her back from freaking out on one of the best agents to come through NCIS in a long time, excluding Gibbs of course. If he were here, perhaps she would be more calm and cautious, but perhaps it would have the opposite effect. Knowing her, Jen would more than likely be caught up by the remembrance of their tryst and wouldn't be able to think at all with him in the room. Ugh...why did things have to be so complicated right now? Jen took a deep breath and opened her eyes, staring at Tony head on. She intended to keep her voice smooth, calm, and collected. Hopefully, her anger wouldn't get the better of her during the rest of the conversation while Gibbs was away. "Yes, this is all my fault, isn't it, Agent DiNozzo?" she said, allowing only minimal sarcasm to shine through. "And stuff like this happens all the time. But did you really believe it could have ended any other way? Did you really think that she would still love you after finding out who you really are? Tony..." her voice faltered momentarily before she gathered her courage and continued talking. "I...I used you in my own personal vendetta against La Grenouille. I should never have gotten involved with trying to take him down. My emotions got in the way of my reasoning and it should not happen again. I am sorry I put you in such a horrible position to get your heart broken and that of another woman's. It was foolish of me and I still can't accept that my father committed suicide, but I have no proof otherwise," Jen looked at the agent wondering how he was taking her confession and if he blamed her still. She knew how wrong she was and that she let herself get involved too far, and most importantly, she knew she had gotten obsessed. Jen scoffed at his comment about screwing up; she didn't have the time, patience, or ability to tell the man standing before her how many times she had screwed up in her long forty-five years of life. And it did feel a helluva a lot better without those stupid contraptions on their ding-dongs. She simply nodded in response and wondered if she should add to that gesture some words, but before she could he had spoken again. 'Wouldn't look at him...? I would do exactly that if I were in her position. It's been four years, though... Is he...' Jen walked over to Tony and placed a reassuring hand on his shoulder hoping he'd look directly at her while she spoke. "Are you still in love with her, Tony?" she asked, voice barely above a whisper, knowing exactly where he was coming from if her assumption was correct.

Tony could see she was getting riled up about his confrontation but he was so frustrated from jeanne's reaction to him that he had to blow steam off at someone - it just happened to be Jenny who put him on the case in the first place! His eyes narrowed as she sarcastically blamed herself then tried to make him think it couldn't have ended it any other way. I could have lived with Anthony DeNardo! A simple name change and... He sighed, knowing she was right. It would never had ended without havoc.
He listened silently as Jenny poured the blame on herself. He knew deep down that she wasn't to completely blame. He let out another sigh before speaking. No... it's not just your fault. I shouldn't have tried to kid myself that it would have gone somewhere. I got lost in the case and I wasn't focused on what I should have been doing. I got too close to her, I shouldn't have fell so deeply in love with her. It wasn't the plan and it was my fault.
His gaze fell from her as it when quiet after his speech. He got a shock when jenny lay a hand on his shoulder and asked him that question - the question that had floated around his skull since he was given the case. Eyes rested back on hers as he answered in a low and depressing tone. More and more everytime I see her. I thought I was fine. I mean, I ended it. She asked if there was any chance and I said No. Stupid huh? Well I regret it. But my job comes first right? But now I've got this kid that's apparently mine and something in me wants to make it work... for Addy's sake. It maybe the one chance I have to have something like this but being tied down scares the shit outta me! He tried to end it in a laugh, laugh away all his problems but it came out choked and uneasy.

Jenny Shepard Love makes us act like we are fools. Throw our lives away. For one, happy day. Jenny kept her face in neutral, playing the part of the hard rock there to support the eventually broken-down man. She simply stared at him when he talked about being the may she had created for the mission, and nodded her head only slightly when he spoke about the blame falling on both of their shoulders. She truly did feel as if most of the blame was hers to bear but he was right in getting too involved the long-term mission. She listened intently and quietly, formulating where to go after they had sorted out their differences. She sighed glancing at the floor momentarily. "No one blames you for loving her, Tony. It's a natural part of human life and those who try to destroy it are the ones in the wrong. We always want what we cannot have and you can't help who you fall in love with," she tried comforting him, reminded vaguely of her present situation with Jethro and his marital status (and what it had always been). Jen smiled softly, hoping her words helped him if only mildly. They had a case to solve anyways; they need not be tied down over petty grudges or conflicting feelings. "We don't know if this Addy child is yours yet, Tony. You're going to be taking a paternity test soon, so we will know for certain, but in the meantime, how about we have a little chat with the girl?" she said, pulling out her Blackberry and dialing Gibbs cellphone, praying that he didn't leave it on his desk. "Gibbs? -- Huh? -- Yeah. Listen, could you bring up...Addy, is it, when you come back? -- I want to talk with her and perhaps it'll be a nice change for her," Jenny hung up and glanced at Tony, hoping he was feeling slightly better.

L. Jethro Gibbs If we gotta start sometime I say now Through the fog there is hope in the distance Two worlds collide in a beautiful display
"Understood Miss Shepard" he stated addressing her properly as he was in front of too many agents for his liking. He came over to addy and extended his hand to her. "I have a friend who wants to talk to you, is that okay? We are going to go and meet her upstairs in my office okay?" his voice was rather reassuring. "Tony is upstairs too" he added knowing that the little girl was fond of him.
He began to walk to the stairs to see if she would follow. He opened the door to his office after glaring at the FBI to let him into his own office. They thought about protesting when Gibbs opened his mouth. "keep me out of my own office, its going to be your last act" he kept his language tone down because of Addy. What was really on his mind. "Move out of my damned way, its my office and I can go into it whenever I damn well please." He wasn't trying to be a bad influence on anyway, though he certainly could be at times.
